If you are looking for a printable of the shipping costs you have two choices:
1. PDF 8 1/2 x 11 Shipping Costs
This is the size I use for expos and events. It is large and easy to read at a glance.
2. PDF Small PDF Shipping Cost 6 per page
This is the size I use in my party binders. I cut them apart and then run them through my sticker machine and place them on the binders front inside pocket. If you don't have a sticker machine (you should really get one) you could print it on mailing labels.
