Shelf Reliance Price Lists

Over the past week I have had a lot of questions about which price list to use when.  There are several price lists and it can be confusing for consultants.

 Home Party Price List:  This is the one you will use almost always.  Anytime a customer orders through you they get this price.  The home party price list has two columns of price they are called “retail price”  and “Q Club price”  home party customer always get the Q club price.  Once you have entered their email into the back office this is the price they will pay.  It doesn’t matter if they are buying from you at a party or if they just call you up, give them this price.  In other words if you are going to enter their order in the back office they get the home party price.

The Consultant Website price list:  This is the price list you use when customers are going to purchase directly off your consultant URL.  So if you are writing a blog post, or doing an online giveaway or anything else you do online use these prices.  BE CAREFUL because when you are logged in (as a Q customer, which you are) you will see the home party prices online.  But customers only get the home party/Q club price if they have a Q and are logged in.  So be sure to quote online customer the price directly from the consultant website price list no matter what you see when you look at the price at Shelf Relaince.com.  Please note that the Costco matches are not available through your consultant URL and are not listed on the consultant website price list.

Addendum:  This is where any price change since the price list was printed is listed.  This includes any sale items, any Costco matches, the monthly specials, any price increased (rare but they do happen occasionally) or new products are listed.  If you are having a hard time making prices match up then be sure to check the addendum. 

Consultant Materials Price list:  Contains items that are only for consultants, this includes new consultant kits, catalogs,  invitations, flyers, brochures, order form, training materials, videos, sample packs, and literature packs.  These items can be added to any order you enter through the back office (regular, host benefit, party supply).
