Today’s Task: Understand the Rank Advancement Chart
Recently I got asked an interesting question
…What made the difference in advancing at each level? What do you do differently at a Silver Executive that you didn't do as a consultant or mentor?
As your team grows you will be paid off of their sales. It is possible to get paid 2 % on the three levels below you. As your personal and team sales grow you are paid more on your down line sales.
To qualify for earn earnings and progress in rank you must meet specific totals for:
1. Your personal Thrive Q order. Remember it is the product total.
2. Total personal sales for the month. This includes your party orders as well as Q order that processed that month.
3. Total team sales for the month. This is your personal sales plus three levels below you.
Take a look at the chart.
Your Thrive Q | Personal Sales | TEAM sales | Rank | Your Down-Line Earnings
Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | ||||
50 | 0 | Consultant | ||||
50 | 1,500 | 3,000 | Mentor | 1%
50 | 2,500 | 10,000 | Director | 2%
100 | 3,500 | 25,000 | Executive | 2% | 1%
100 | 4,500 | 50,000 | Silver Executive | 2% | 2%
150 | 5000 | 100,000 | Gold Executive | 2% | 2% | 1% |
150 | 5,500 | 200,000 | Platinum Executive | 2% | 2% | 2% |
Important things to know about rank advancement:
· You get paid on your downline based upon the rank you hit each month. For example: let’s pretend that in February you had a personal sales of $2,650 and a team sales of $11,000. You would get paid at the rank of director. So you would receive 10 % in party sales in commission and 2% of your downlines sales on Level 1 only.
In March if your personal sales were $2,000 and your team sales were $11,000 you would get paid at the Mentor rank, because your personal sales were not high enough. You would still be referred to as a director because that is the highest rank you have hit but in March you would get paid on your downline as a Mentor.
· If your Q purchase for the month is not at the correct level you do not get paid at that level. So if you qualify for Gold Executive but your Q is $50.00 you will get paid on the director rank not the gold rank.
· Do you have to have a team? No you don’t.
Today’s Worksheet:
Today is an easy one. Print out the rank advancement chart and tape it next to your computer.
(Remember to print from the Google documents menu not the internet browser)
Why? So you can refer to it all the time.
I once had a consultant that did not pay attention to the rank advancement chart. She was $50.00 in personal sales away from hitting executive. If she had hit executive she would have made about $300.00 more in commission that month. It would have been a good idea for her to purchase $50.00 in product so that she could hit the rank advancement. I don’t want that to happen to you.
